Thank you for taking the time to investigate the benefits of preventive maintenance. The HomeMx Preventive Maintenance Program has been in my head since 2009, coming more sharply into focus every time I had to repair a home due to preventable failure.
I have been in the construction industry since 1993. I started as a builder with a production home company, trying to build as fast as possible and learning lessons daily. I spent the next 10 years in construction management, then 3 years building custom homes before establishing my own construction company.
In all those years, I advised countless homeowners on how to care for their new home — but I realized I was giving them information without the path to accomplish the work. And HomeMx was born.
